Event for Round 1 - The Awakening

As so many flock to the system eager to learn about the riches, secrets, lore, and phenomena.  All forces get reports of sudden appearances of a fog-like darkness that rolls across each world periodically.  

Reports have given information that on occasion strange dancing blue lights are seen moving along with the darkness along it's slow advance across various worlds.  Any units that have entered the darkness have not been seen again.  

Counselors/advisors/thinky meat bags of all groups suggest an army should be sent to locate these strange phenomena and report on their findings.

Round 1 Bonus:  Players that engage in a recon action and find a shadowed Hex and gather the intel related will receive 250 Bonus Production.
